FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO PARTICIPATE IN ONLINE YOGA CLASSES!
Go to Zoom.us/download and download Zoom for your computer or device. Then install Zoom. We have provided a "Download Zoom" button here.
If you have an active membership go to the schedule page on YogabyJanice.com , find the class you would like to participate in, and Book Now just as if you were going to the studio. Try to book at least 30 minutes prior to class start time.
If you do not have an active subscription, go to the Specials & Packages page on YogabyJanice.com and purchase a drop-in, multi-class card or unlimited monthly subscription. Then follow Step 2A.
You will receive a email with the class meeting code/password 15 minutes before class. There are options to control the camera and microphone in the Zoom menu. Enjoy!
Private Yoga Classes/Yoga Party
Private yoga instruction at my studio is available for individuals or small groups/yoga party with any level of experience with yoga. Students can seek private instruction to increase flexibility, relieve pain, heal injuries, lose weight, tone muscles, relax, meditate, or improve health overall.
