I was introduced to yoga in 2001 and fell in love with it! After a serious car accident I needed to gain my flexibility and strength back. After much procrastination and many career changes I finally became a certified yoga instructor. I enjoy teaching vinyasa, yin, restorative, gentle flow and chair yoga. I attend several workshops a year to stay current and refreshed with new ideas for the benefit of my students.
NEW - A Boutique Yoga Studio
Students come to yoga for many reasons. Some to relax and reduce stress from the fast pace of modern life. Some for a workout to increase flexibility and strength. Others for inner peace, balance and overall well-being.
I hope my yoga studio will help students develop a safe yoga practice in keeping their personal intentions true for themselves to whatever brings them to their yoga mat.
My studio will be offering Gentle, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga shred inspired and PiYo (Beach Body) classes and Yoga Nidra.
