​Private yoga instruction at my studio is available for individuals or small groups/yoga party.  Students can seek private instruction to increase flexibility, relieve pain, heal injuries, lose weight, tone muscles, relax, meditate, or improve health overall.

Private Individual Lessons

Private lessons generally cost more than a group or regular studio classes because the student is paying for the complete 1-on-1 attention and time of the yoga teacher.  

Private Individual lessons:
$105 for the first initial consult 60 minute session
with 30 minutes of class evaluation included.
Continued Private sessions:
6 or 8 week sessions available will lower per-class price.

Private Group Lessons

Private Group Lessons are a way to enjoy yoga with friends and family while still receiving the individual attention
and time of your instructor.  60 minute group sessions & 75 minute group sessions available

Private Yoga Party

Invite your friends to enjoy a Yoga Class with a lavender eye pillow & essential oil assist in savasana.
