A blend of Pilates and Yoga, integrating strength moves with a rhythmic flow of choreography and music.
Restorative/Relax
Candlelight Gentle class to introduce meditation, breath work, and restorative yoga poses. End with Lavender Eye Pillow in final resting pose.
Align & Flow
Center and tune into the breath. Focus on alignment for greater stability and ease in each pose. Great for all levels of practice.
