Gentle Yoga

Appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. May include Yin and Restorative poses.
All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, calming practice where poses are held for a few minutes to gently open the body and quiet the mind.  This class helps improve flexibility, ease tension, and support joint health — relaxation.

This flowing class connects breath with movement in a steady, comfortable rhythm.
Build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.  All levels welcome.
