Together they compliment one another maintaining health and balance of the body. Active practice followed by a passive seated stretching.

Tone & Build strength in shoulders, spine & core using yoga asanas. All levels class!
Chair Yoga
Yoga for everyone. Using a chair we will practice breath work, seated poses and standing poses focusing on balance.
Restorative
Restorative - yoga poses to relax and reduce stress ending with final resting pose Savasana.
