Breath Work with Sonya Lyn
March 11, 2023 at 10:30 (90 minutes) Breath work sessions are an experiential practice and self-healing modality that employs conscious, connected breathing to access expanded states of consciousness while also releasing repressed emotions and clearing stagnant energy from the mind, body, and spirit. The breath is a powerful tool for increasing light within the body and facilitating deep somatic release. These ceremonies encourage you to move and vocalize as you feel called. This can take the form of screaming, yelling, crying, pleasure sounds, and so on. Freely expressing oneself verbally can be a powerful way to move stagnant energy and trauma out of the body. During the experience, one may also feel compelled to move by shaking, undulating, kicking, and so on. You must be able to move and speak freely for any frozen aspects of the body and energy body to truly release. Sonya Lyn, is the founder of Living Unbroken® and Live on Purpose ™ She is a Breathwork facilitator, Life Coach, Energy Healing Practitioner, Spiritual Wedding officiant, and a Power Yoga teacher. She loves, being active outdoors, running ultra-trail marathons, hiking, traveling, writing, and practicing yoga, breathwork and meditation on her front porch. She has raised three children and loves to support teenagers, individuals and couples on their healing and transformation journey to create healthy, soulful lives and relationships. She quickly fell in love with the profound and powerful results that this breathwork experience offers and shares her passion around the globe with in-person and online events.
