Please help decide which class will start Wednesdays at 5:30pm starting April 7th? Get ready for Spring and Summer either In Studio or Zoom! The majority will rule!

PiYo - A fun blend of Pilates and Yoga, integrating strength moves with a rhythmic flow of choreography and music. Modifications for all levels. Great Cardio & Strength! Yoga Shred - As we age we can loose strength. This class will focus on yoga poses to strengthen core, shoulder and legs. Modifications will be available for all levels. You may incorporate light weights and/or exercise bands. Great Cardio & Strength!

Note: Zumba will be back April 11th with Denise. Monthly Auto-members can take class for free!
