I was introduced to yoga in 2001 and fell in love with it! After a serious car accident I needed to gain my flexibility and strength back. After much procrastination and many career changes I became a certified yoga instructor. I enjoy teaching vinyasa, yin, restorative, gentle flow and chair yoga at several Senior Centers. I attend several workshops a year to stay current and refreshed with new ideas for the benefit of my students. I currently finished my RYT 300 Hr's in Yin, Yang, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Meditation during the pandemic and am now a E-RYT 500 Hr teacher.
