Sonya Lyn (Events)
Sonya Lyn is the founder of Live on Purpose ™ She is a Breath work facilitator, Life Coach, Energy Healing Practitioner, and Spiritual Wedding officiant, as well as a Power Yoga teacher. She loves being active outdoors, running ultra-trail marathons, hiking, traveling, writing and practicing yoga and meditation on her front porch. She has raised three children and loves to support teenagers, individuals and couples on their healing and transformation journey to create healthy, soulful lives and relationships. She quickly fell in love with the profound and powerful results that this breath work experience offers, and shares her passion around the globe.
