Morgan Towle (200HR-RYT Yoga Instructor)
With over 15 years of yoga practice and four years of teaching experience, Morgan brings passion, creativity, and knowledge to every class. Certified in 2021 through the YogaWorks method at YogaBalance (now HumbleWarrior) in Manchester, NH, she specializes in thoughtful sequencing that builds toward peak poses while ensuring accessibility for all levels. Yoga has been a powerful healing force in Morgan’s life, helping her navigate challenges and deepen the mind-body connection. This inspired her to share yoga’s benefits, guiding students to process emotions, cultivate mindfulness, or simply find peace amidst life’s noise. Rooted in the YogaWorks methodology, which blends precise alignment, breath awareness, and fluid movement, Morgan’s teaching emphasizes mobility, modifications, and strength-building. She helps students improve their practice, enhance physical performance, build strength, and move with more ease in daily life. Outside of yoga, Morgan is a marketing professional, dog mom, and adventurer. She loves cooking, traveling, lifting weights, and making lasting memories with family and friends. |
