Michael Ladroga RYT-200
Originally drawn to the practice to recover from injury, Michael has since embraced yoga as a therapeutic lifestyle. From his very first class, he was drawn to the transformative effects on his body, as well as his mind. He has spent the past seven years exploring the various disciplines in order to expand his knowledge and better understand the origins of the practice.
Michael received his 200-hour teaching certificate from Kripalu in 2015, and is proficient in numerous disciplines including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Baptiste, Bikram, Kundalini, and specifically Yin; for which he received an additional 50- hour training certificate. His affinity for Yin stems from the balance it offers in physical, as well as spiritual flexibility to those who practice it.
Michael has competed in several national yoga competitions through USA yoga. He is currently working toward his 500-hour accreditation and enjoys practicing yoga daily; whether at home or while traveling. In his spare time, Michael enjoys playing disc golf and spending time with friends and family.
