Jullie Unak
Jullie is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Practitioner, and author of the "Ayurvedic Canine Cuisine" cookbook. With a lifelong passion for teaching, she has over 5 years of experience teaching English and Portuguese. Transitioning from language education to teaching yoga, she brings her love for education into the realm of holistic wellness. Jullie loves to teach Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Meditation, she integrates these practices with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to promote overall well-being. She also has a deep passion for teaching Pranayama and guiding meditations, helping her students find peace and balance through breath work and mindfulness. Outside of her yoga practice, Jullie loves hiking, kayaking, cooking nutritious meals, and spending quality time with her family. Her interests in outdoor activities and culinary arts complement her dedication to promoting wellness and balanced living. Her mission is to inspire and empower individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives through the transformative power of yoga, Ayurveda, and mindful living. |
