Jennie Fedoce
Jennie is a RYT-200Hr. with certifications in Yin and Chair Yoga. With 7 years of yoga practice, and trained in the grounding principles of Hatha, Jennie thoughtfully incorporates elements of movement to create fluid, breath-connected sequences that energize the body, build strength, and calm the mind. Each class is designed to meet students where they are—physically and mentally—whether through the deep stillness of Yin, or the invigorating flow of Vinyasa. Jennie is also Reiki 1 certified, weaving an added layer of mindfulness and subtle energy awareness into every class. With a focus on presence and inner connection, Jennie invites students to move with intention, breathe with presence, and reconnect with the inner self—leaving each class feeling refreshed and invigorated. |
