Program Details

We are currently accepting registrations for our Fall 2025 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program.​

Fridays 5:30pm - 9:00pm
Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm
Sundays  10:00am - 5:00pm

Come to 2 classes a week minimum included in your membership.

Tuition—$3,200

Tuition includes:   All levels of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, as well as calming styles like Yin and Restorative yoga. Our program also includes specialty training for working with seniors, emphasizing safe, adaptive practices and supportive teaching techniques.
